Q: How long does it take for my order to arrive?
A: Depending on whether your jersey was a custom order or already in our inventory, you will receive a different ETA. Different shipping can also affect the delivery date. We provide different shipping methods to make our customers choose what works best for them.

Custom Orders: 2-4 weeks
Orders already in our Inventory (Standard Shipping): 1-2 weeks

Q: Do you do deliveries?
A: Yes! We do local deliveries only! Our headquarters are located in Islip and Bay Shore, so we do local deliveries up to 20 minutes away. If you decide to, we also allow pick-ups and meet ups. Pick-ups can be requested via DM on our Instagram or via email.
Can we place a customized name or number on a jersey?
Yes! All our jerseys, beside a few exceptions, allow full customization with personalized names and numbers. Here's how to do it:
Step 1: Choose the jersey you would like to purchase and select: "Custom Order Name and Number."
Step 2: Once you are done shopping and are ready to checkout, proceed to checkout, filling out your shipping info.
Step 3: You will then need to fill out the bottom box "Custom Order Name and Number: SPECIFY WHICH JERSEY" Make sure to spell out the name exactly how you want it (including didactical marks like é) If you have multiple jerseys in your bag, also fill out which jersey you want this name assigned to. If you have multiple custom orders, divide them up with a / or space if needed. Refer below for an example:
I don't see a player I want to order their jersey. How can I place this order?
Since we have limited options, we exclude lesser popular players in our selection. However, you can still place this order, simply refer to our Custom Order Name and number directions and we will be able to find this jersey.
Do you offer big orders?
Yes! Our orders can range from simply one gift to a supply of 20 custom jerseys for your team. Contact us for big orders via email or Instagram DM.
Where are your Pop-up shops located and when?
Currently, we don't have a permanent location, but our main address is : 400 Broadway, Brentwood, NY 11717 also known as "Roberto Clemente Park." This is where our last few pop-ups were located.
As for the date, we don't have a set schedule but we plan on having one every 4 weeks. Stay Tuned on our socials to see when we come near you.
Do you ship worldwide?
Currently as of April 2024, we are only shipping in US, Canda and Mexico. We hope to grow worldwide soon! Stay tuned.
Do you offer faster shipping?
We offer a different range of shipping depending on your location:
Expedited shipping: $6-$10 Depending on region.
Standard shipping: Free
Our preferred shipping method is through USPS.
